COMPANY POLICIES
1. Correspondence is conducted mainly via e-mail. Discussion by phone or Skype with prior arrangement if you may need further discussion.
2. The first stage of creating a website is graphically designing the website. After the graphic design is completed, both sides are obliged to sign an acknowledgement of the finally approved design before we proceed with the second stage of a new website development process - web programming. Please note that we do not tolerate significant alterations in website structure, design and functionality, unless they are separately billed.
3. We develop custom websites by request and proposal with fixed price and within a certain period. Additional hours are charged to the conditions specified in the contract as we charge +50% for after working hours and +100% for weekends and holidays.
